- Minimum donation = $5
- By Mail:
- April 18 - May 2
- Complete the mail-in donation form indicating the organization(s) and donation amount(s)
- Write a single check for the total amount payable to “DCCF”
- Mail check and form to DeKalb County Community Foundation, 475 DeKalb Avenue, Sycamore, IL 60178
- By IRA via Mail:
- Initiate distribution with your IRA custodian directed to the DeKalb County Community Foundation
- Complete the mail-in donation form indicating the organization(s) and donation amount(s)
- April 18 - May 2 – Mail form to DeKalb County Community Foundation, 475 DeKalb Avenue, Sycamore, IL 60178
- The distribution from your IRA should match the total amount you indicate on your mail-in form
- Community Partners give to the Bonus Pool.
- Donations made during Give DeKalb County leverage bonus funds.
- The Bonus Pool is distributed proportionately.
- EXAMPLE: If a nonprofit raises 2% of the Give DeKalb County grand total, they receive 2% of the Bonus Pool…if they raise 5% of the grand total, they receive 5% of the Bonus Pool.
- No single organization may receive more than 7% of the total Bonus Pool in a given year.

- DCNP has Give DeKalb County yard signs to post throughout DeKalb County. The yard sign distribution process is communicated via email to Give DeKalb County contacts.
- DCNP also owns Give DeKalb County banners to be placed in geographically strategic locations for high visibility prior to the event.
- DCNP coordinates training opportunities to help participating organizations prepare for Give DeKalb County.
- On-demand videos are available on general topics to help prepare.
- ‘Office Hours’ are also available for nonprofit participants to get individualized technical assistance about Give DeKalb County.
