- Awarded prizes are subject to audit and are finalized by the DeKalb County Community Foundation.
- Prizes are added to organizations' final payout.
- Prizes may be revoked or withheld if gifts and/or donor email addresses cannot be verified.
- Donors can make eligible gifts to multiple organizations.
- Multiple donors making a single gift count as one donor (e.g., donations by a couple or household).
- In the event of ties, prizes are split evenly.
- Participants are trusted to be honest; manipulating the rules may result in penalty.
- Prizes may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Mailed donations are processed as quickly as possible. Depending on volume, there is no guarantee mailed donation will be processed within the prizes' stated timeframes.
